SyncHub 360 is building a unified operating system for bookkeeping, accounting and CAS firmsdesigned to provide firm-level governance and structure across fragmented workflows


Syncrea is currently in early development, with an investor-ready MVP. The MVP focuses on capturing firm-level data in a clean, structured system of record and producing reliable internal reports. Advanced features such as automation, workflow execution, and third-party integrations are intentionally excluded at this stage to validate the core architecture and data model before broader expansion.


We are inviting select firms to join us as design partners—not to test an MVP, but to help shape the operating system itself. Design partners will have direct input into how modules are built, ensuring the platform reflects real-world bookkeeping workflows.

We are inviting a limited number of bookkeeping, accounting, and CAS firms to explore early access ahead of broader availability.

A small subset of participating firms may be invited to contribute more directly during development, providing real-world input on workflows, governance, and firm-level operations.


Participation is selective to ensure close collaboration and meaningful, actionable feedback.

Syncrea is architected around how bookkeeping workflows across a firm—from client onboarding and document intake through ledger management, review, and advisory services.


The platform’s modular design defines clear system boundaries for capabilities such as firm ledgers, document governance, workflow orchestration, automation, and AI-assisted review. 


These components are intentionally sequenced, with the core system of record established first and workflow execution introduced as the full operating system is built.


As the platform evolves, early platform partners will have the opportunity to provide structured input into how these modules connect, ensuring the operating system reflects real-world firm operations ahead of public launch.
