Brings over 20 years of experience in production control and materials planning, operating in highly regulated, audit-intensive environments at leading aerospace and defense organizations, including Lockheed Martin, Honeywell Aerospace, and Collins Aerospace.
These environments rely on controlled processes where work cannot move forward without validation, review, and approval — ensuring consistency and accountability at every step. When building a bookkeeping firm, that same production control mindset immediately exposed a gap in accounting: systems record activity, but do not enforce how work is performed or ensure consistency in what ultimately ends up in the books.
That insight led to the creation of Syncrea — a system designed to bring that level of enforced control into accounting environments.

Brings 20 years of experience in operations and marketing within service-based environments, including assisted living, where coordination, communication, and consistency are critical.
While building a bookkeeping firm together, she experienced firsthand the same gap in accounting — systems record activity, but do not enforce how work is performed or ensure consistency in what ultimately ends up in the books.
Her background reflects real-world operating environments where work depends on clear communication, coordination, and reliable execution across teams.
